L’Angolino begann seine Reise als eine beschauliche Bar, die von Marcello Pascarito gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Im Jahr 1999 erfolgte eine Wandlung, und Pascarito verwandelte gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Sabrina den Raum in die Pizzeria L’Angolino. Ihre Vision war einfach und doch tiefgreifend \u2013 eine Pizzeria zu schaffen, die in jedem St\u00fcck das Herz und die Seele Italiens widerspiegelt.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2011 \u00fcbernahm Igor Markov die Leitung von L’Angolino und festigte damit weiter seinen Status als Eckpfeiler der italienischen kulinarischen Tradition in der Gegend. 2013 markierte ein neues Kapitel mit der Aufnahme von Goran Manchovski in die L’Angolino-Familie. Mit einem Jahrzehnt an Erfahrung in der Gastfreundschaft widmete sich Manchovski zusammen mit dem Pizzab\u00e4cker der Meisterung und Bewahrung der Kunst des ikonischen Pizzateigs von L’Angolino und des einzigartigen Arbeitskonzepts.<\/p>\n

Die Geschichte von L’Angolino entwickelte sich 2019 weiter, als Sirma Manchovska, Gorans Ehefrau, dem Team beitrat.
