L’Angolino began its journey as a quaint bar established by Marcello Pascarito. In 1999, a transformation occurred, and Pascarito, alongside his wife Sabrina, reimagined the space into Pizzeria L’Angolino. Their vision was simple yet profound \u2013 to create a pizzeria that echoed the heart and soul of Italy in every slice.<\/p>

In 2011, Igor Markov took the reins of L’Angolino, further cementing its status as a cornerstone of Italian culinary tradition in the area. 2013 marked a new chapter with the addition of Goran Manchovski to the L’Angolino family. Bringing a decade of hospitality experience, Manchovski, along with the pizzaiolo, dedicated himself to mastering and preserving the art of L’Angolino\u2019s iconic pizza dough and unique work concept.<\/p>
